Pubs in Ireland are much more than a place for drinking. They are a social experience. The Pub often seems an extension of the Home, and in many rural parts of Ireland also acts as the local restaurant and general store. Our aim at Conor O'Neill's is to bring to Boulder a truly authentic traditional Pub. To do so we had our Pub designed and built in Ireland. Conor O'Neill's warm interior reproduces the "classic" Irish Pub atmosphere where the Publican would open his doors to friends and neighbors alike for cheerful hours of storytelling, conversation, music and of course... dining & drinking.
